Please take a moment to review these important details.
All members with active debit, credit, business debit, or business credit cards will be receiving new cards.
Your Tap Card should arrive in the mail by early to mid July.
To avoid any interruption, please activate your new card on July 20, 2026.
Activate your card by calling 1-800-290-7893.

Reward Points Automatically Transfer

Helpful Tips For Before, The Day Of, and after
Be sure to set a calendar reminder and make July 20th your 'Tap In' day.

Can't remember what merchants are connected to your card? Take a moment ahead of time to review your transaction history and log automatic payments you would want to update.
Place your new card somewhere easy to remember when it arrives. Try taping your card to your bathroom mirror. Brush your teeth and activate on July 20th.
Activate your card in the morning to avoid forgotten purchases later. To help remember, leave a sticky note on your coffee maker - "Coffee first. Card activation second."
If you have a smart home device, ask your Alexa or Google Home - "Remind me to activate my On Tap card on July 20th."
Destroy your old card only after confirming all payments are updated. Until then, keep your old card in a secure and easy to remember location like a drawer or envelope labeled "Retired July 20th."
